Pottery Workshops & Clay Experiences

Want to get your hands messy and learn a little more about pottery?

Our three hour introduction to pottery is perfect for you. Come alone or in a group and learn the basics of pottery. We all remember making mud pies and playing in the mud as children... our hope is that above all else, this introductory session evokes that incredible childlike sense of creativity, inspiration and freedom. Afterall, we're simply playing around with some lovely mud!

Located at her home studio, Jude Jeha will guide you through the class and teach you specific pottery techniques to make your creation unique.

Experience Option 1 runs on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month, you'll create a unique, colourful plate.
Experience Option 2 runs on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of every month, you'll create two trinket containers.

Each wonderful creation is coloured with slip (liquified clay which is tinted with oxides or stains that withstand the temperature) and fired in the kiln with a clear glaze to 1220 degrees. Your gorgeous piece will be available to collect after 2-3 weeks depending on weather and kiln availability.

Clay Experience options:
